XP64 and IE7

Hi, I have a pc running Windows x64 XP pro, and I recently updated it and got IE7. problem is, everytime I open IE7 the first page is always the setup page (http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx) and if I try to save settings, it just hangs.
Anyone any ideas?
