Go to Start->Run and type "Services.msc" (without quotes) then hit Ok
Scroll down and find the below service:

Network DDE Connections (or NETDDEC)

When you find it, double-click on it. In the next window that opens, click the Stop button, then click on properties and under the General Tab, change the Startup Type to Disabled. Now hit Apply and then Ok.

Run HiJackThis. Click on "None of the above, just start the program". Now, click on the "Config" button (bottom right), then click on "Misc Tools", then click on "Delete an NT Service" a window will pop up. Enter the below item into that field (copy and paste):

NETDDEC

Click ok.

It should pull up information about the service, when it asks if you want to reboot now click YES.

Please copy the file paths EXACTLY as I have them listed... it is NOT CSRSS and SMSS.exe the BAD files are SSMS and CSRS (HUGE difference).. Follow my directions exactly as I have them written otherwise you may delete a legitimate System file...

I copied my instructions over from my previous post. You see where it says to click "No" at the "Pending Operations prompt"? That's what you're supposed to do! Then manually restart your computer. Please do this again :tazz:

I need you to copy all of the Killbox instructions below and paste them into Notepad and save it.

* Run Killbox.exe.

* Select "Delete on Reboot".

* Open the Notepad file where you saved these instructions earlier, and copy the file names below to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them then press CTRL + C:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\SSMS.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\System32\service.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\csrs.exe

* Return to Killbox, go to the File menu, and choose "Paste from Clipboard".

* Click the red-and-white "Delete File" button. Click "Yes" at the Delete on Reboot prompt. Click "No" at the Pending Operations prompt.

Post a new HijackThis log.

Uninstalling it was about the worst thing you could have done. Without the update your system is extremely vulnerable which caused you to get so infected again.

Please do not uninstall the service pack otherwise it's a complete waste of time for both of us to clean your system without it.

Post a new HiJackThis log, please.

After following the previous instructions follow the directions below. I need you to follow all instructions exactly as I have them.

Please download the programs listed below, but do not run them yet:

1) About:Buster:
*Download it and extract it to C:/aboutbuster.
*Navigate to the AboutBuster directory and double-click on AboutBuster.exe.
*Click "OK" at the prompt with instructions.
*Click "Update" and then "Check For Update" to begin the update process.
*If any updates exist please download them by clicking "Download Update".
*You should not run the program yet so click "Exit".

3) CWShredder - Download it and save it to your desktop.
4) Ad-Aware - Download, install, and update After installing Ad-aware, you will be prompted to update the program and run a full scan. De-select all boxes so that it does not run a scan. Manually run "Ad-Aware SE Personal" and from the main screen Click on "Check for Updates Now".

Reboot your computer into Safe Mode. You can do this by restarting your computer and continuously tapping F8 until a menu appears. Use your up arrow key to highlight Safe Mode, then hit enter.
