Impulse file folder keeps popping up [CLOSED]

Whenever I use my laptop the impulse file folder keeps popping up randomly for no reason. I've installed avast, mcafee, and norton and gotten rid of any viruses they have detected. The file folder still keeps popping up. I tried Hijack and managed to get a log from them before I had to remove it b/c it started going haywire. I have no idea what any of it means but I could really use some help in figuring out if I have a virus and what I need to do to remove it. I also would like to know which is the best software to keep my computer safe. I have avast, mcafee, and norton installed right now. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance to anyone who responds.

Hello, my name is fenzodahl512 and welcome to Geekstogo.. Please do the following..


Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) from HERE or HERE and save it to your Desktop.
  • Close all other windows before proceeding.
  • Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
  • Please let your firewall allow the scanning/downloading process.
  • When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.
If you are using Vista, you need to right-click at dss.exe icon and choose Run as Administrator
