Ball to optical mouse sensitivity converter?

Well for the past few months I have been playing Counter-Strike Source with a ball mouse, and as you can imagine, it isn't as responsive as an optical mouse would be. So I went out and spend 20 bucks on a Microsoft 1.1a standard optical mouse, and as soon as I tried the mouse out with my old in-game sensitivity, it moved way too slow.

I was just wondering is there is a calculator out there that can convert my ball mouse sensitivity to optical mouse sensitivity.
