This should be simple to someone on here but not me // how do you switch help & support on !! :)

1. Go to start:run
2. Type in services.msc
3. Scroll down to Help and Support and double click
4. Under startup type select automatic from the drop down list
5. Under Service Status click the start button.
6. Click apply and OK
