BMW General Module Please Help

This is a picture of a General Module board from a 2000 BMW Z3. The module controls the windows and locking system. As you can see, the right side of the board looks a little scorched. I am experiencing a few problems with my passenger window… the window will go up, but not down. I think some water got to the board and may have caused this damage. I was hoping someone could tell me if this is a fixable problem. Is it possible to clean this mess up and hopefully save the expense of purchasing a new module?
