Treat it as you would all emails that you don't know the origin of.

What goes good on a sandwich during the winter?....... SPAM :)

Not hard to spoof the address and subject line, you could check the source code but doubtfully that will show anything meaningful.

More than likely it's from a poorly configured spambot. It's become pretty easy for almost anyone to obtain a script that's capable of creating botnets of infected computers that send spam. However, it doesn't mean everyone knows how to use them. :)
