HELP, Please! :) I moved my desktop to a new apartment and tried to restart the other day. Goes through the motions normally, then get a white screen with "!" and "Active Desktop Recovery".

Have had the tower for 1 year (bought on ebay), so I am clear this may be the end. What is so weird is the no keyboard nor mouse thing. I have restarted with several different mice and keyboards. Still nothing. So there I hang.

Can anyone tell me what to do? I have no recovery disc (DUMMY ME !!!) and several pictures on the hard-drive not yet backed up which are priceless. Can someone help me?
