OK I really haven't been big on security on my computer (kinda embarrassed because i know better)

So I decided to install "Ad-Aware 2008 Free edition".

and I did a full scan,
and i found a bunch of stuff that shouldn't be there

but its stuck on deleting infections.
been there for 45 minutes now.
I'll post the list just in case you need it,

adware.Doller.Revenue Adware.
Timesink DataMiner.
WebHancer DataMiner
Toolbar.softo DataMiner
Win32 TrojanDownloader.Small Malware
CmdServices Adware
PurityScan Malware
Adware.Tagasaurus Adware

And theirs 17 more i would like to get rid of thees and prevent them from coming agin any help is appreciated

And While I'm here then would somebody suggest a good C++ E-Book so i could start learning?
