Hi and welcome to G2G,

I don't think you need this much power to run servers, as most of them are just scripts being run on the net. Anyways I suggest THIS as a mobo thats cheaper, but however if your going to be running such intense software you might as well go with the 750 or above chipset like THIS one perhaps. Everything else seems to be fine.

If its retail yes if its OEM then no.

its retail wooo woo =) ima have enough money prob by the end of this summer and maybe something new will come out =) itz just that id feel stupid if i got something thats good but old and a new one came out at the same price as the something else id bought but much better lol i hope lot of releases cause it is summer and people love gaming maybe Geforce Gt 9800 might get cheaper =)

whats the difference bewteen a oem hard drive and retail *Sorry about double post*

The difference between anything OEM and retail is that OEM parts come with just the part in a plastic bag and retail ones come with the packaging and extras. Retail ones also have manufacturer warranty whilst most OEMs don't.

o thx also my friend if I Get A Power Supply Dont Cheap Out Cause it Might Burn Out Fast If That ones Good Can You Tell Me Or maybe You Can reccomend me one =)
