BSOD i need immediatelly help

Guys,
First of all i saw BSOD for first time before 4 years i don't think that this matters.But this monthand the previous i met it more than 5 times and today i met it 2 times after i installed windows xp sp 3 i think that's is the fault please help me i don't know how to fix it.I have search in every topic but me i take different errors every time i have never met the same twice and the others never met those i have(only 0X000000D1 i have met in forums but i don't understand please help!!!!!!)

I don't have any pictures of the BSOD because i don't know how to picture it as my pc don't work

start in safe mode...use system restore...go back a week before you started having the problem..

I am sweetdreams with other acc because i forgot the password of sweetdreams.
Ok i have done this and i hope that it will work since now it BSOD hasn't appear yet and i think that there is a problem with sp3.

SP 3 has been problems for some computers...let us know if the problem comes back...
