Trojan.Mailbot / Trojan-spy.Bankjet etc [CLOSED]

My laptop has become infected with something. Everytime I use google to search, the link takes me to some site such as Monstermarketplace, or even Ebay. I did a scan with spyware doctor which showed I had the following infections:

Trojan.Mailbot
Trojan-Spy.Bankject
Adware.WindowEnhancer (242 infections)

I found this with Spyware Doctor but they want a payment (which I cannot really afford at present) before they fix it

Can anyone help, please
