So I'm getting a laptop for college next year and I can't decide between two options. Mainly the decision lies between ATI and nVidia, so I'm asking here.
The computers are:

ATI: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16834101154
nVidia: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16834146444

The other options are you could tell me both are terrible, but I'd need reasons.

Both are good, but the lenovo( who bought out the laptop division of IBM) i think is a better quality computer. I have put Linux on many IBM( lenovo) laptops. That is kinda hard to do with many of the other brands of laptops because of proprietary hardware and software. I like the idea of standard hardware and software that any OS can run on.

My 2¢
