When I try to connect to the web on my computer it tells me I am not connected and to go to the tools icon and to make sure that the "work offline " is not ticked. Problem is there is no tools icon up along home, feeds, printer and page icons. Where is it?

Actually the "Work Offline" should be under the File menu at top left. If Menu Bar is not showing, right click on an open space to open up the context menu and make sure "Menu Bar" is selected.

You're welcome for the info any time. Glad you got the problem fixed, but, if it wasn't my suggestions that did the trick, please post the solution you found in case others are following this thread. Thank you.
