i press the button to open it to put in the dvd and it automactically closes by it self . i'm taking a chance of one of my dvd's getting caught in the door how can i fix this issue and whats causing it i've already blowed all the dust out but it still does it any suggestions??

512 mb(DDR SDRAM memory)
80 GB (ultra dma hard drive
Cd- rw drive 48x24x48x max speed
Dvd -rom drive 16 x max speed

The problem drive is the dvd rom drive

In some cases, you can open the drive and check the open/close switch; it may have become dirty, so clean it.
Also clean the lens if possible.
