Windows 2003 SBS backp failing

I'm trying to run a backup using SBS's GUI, and it fails with the message below. If I run a job using ntbackup direct, it completes sucessfully. I have tried Googleing the media mount failure message, but can't even find a menu in SBS's backup to check the tape, etc. I ran HP diags and the tape drive is fine.

Ideas would be great! Here's the log:
