Hello again,
OK here is what we got, Bluetooth Stack for Windows by Toshiba was probably installed on your system when you bought it. What it does is it allows you to utilize Bluetooth technology with things such as Bluetooth headsets, key boards, mouse, etc etc… if you don’t use this feature and are not interested in it, you can simply Open the Add/Remove Program under Control Panel and uninstall "Bluetooth Stack for Windows by Toshiba", which is currently installed, then reboot.
If its something you do use, you can go HERE and download the appropriate version you need. This should take care of the application failed pop up .
