Hi all,
I've built my home made throttle (for my FS2004 flights) and i made it with a gamerport output (15 pins).
In my computer i'm using windows XP but i have no gamerport input (my sound card in o/b and no gameport has come with the computer), i have a Gameport to USB adaptor from my SideWinder Precision Pro joystick so i connected the throttle to USB using the adaptor.
i went to Control Panel->Game Controllers and clicked Add, selected Custom and selected: 2 axes and 0 buttons, named it throttle and clicked OK
when i selected 'throttle' to Add it i get a msg:
"Your Gameport or Gameport drivers are not properly configured.
Please Consult the Device Manager"

why???
is it because of the Gameport to USB adaptor?
Thanks,
La bla bla
