Hi,

I'm following your guide of things to do before posting a Hijack this log.... I've done the anti malware and now after using the link on your site to the Panda activescan, my current anti virus software (Avast) shows Panda activescan as having WIN32:CTX Virus/Worm...

The file name is: http://acs.pandasoftware.com/activescan/ca...e.cab\pska

Am I supposed to turn off my Anti virus and / or my firewall before running Panda? Is this really a virus or some sort of sample virus Panda uses?? Is Panda safe to use?

Thanks,
