Whats a good recommended Server?

I was recently thinking about hosting a server, for a game I play quite frequently and was wondering what you guys thought would be a good stable server thats reliable. And if there was any tutorials on how to maintain them. The game is World of Warcraft im pretty sure most of you know it.. so any help would be awesome thanks guys.

Hosting your own WoW server would be illegal.

Edit: And just a note, IMO servers should be built unless in a corporate environment in which rack-mountable servers are needed.
