Yesterday I had to reinstall windows due to a crash. I lost my previous antivirus software so had to download AVG. Whenever I tried to access any of my drives (c, d, e or f) through My Computer I got the message "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or fil. You may not have appropriate permissions to access", and AVG would pop up saying I had a virus. I chose to delete it but didn't think about taking down the name.
Now, after deleting the virus I can't access my drives at all. Whenever I double click or right clikc and explore I get a window asking me what program I'd like to use to open it. None of them work.
I can still access my drives in other was start>run>c:\ etc, but I would like to get it working through My Computer and also make sure there is nothing on there that shouldn't be.
