That is a server CPU. If your system is not being used a server than you should look into the Core 2 Duo chips.

Just want to clarify something here, for the most part, the Xeon chips will work just fine on all motherboards. They are rumoured to be binned higher then the Core2duo chips as well, though aside from the chips using a lower voltage to achieve the same frequency as their desktop counter parts, there is little evidence to support this claim. That being said, the lower voltage is a fairly strong indication that they are binned higher then the desktop counterparts.
