Help me please -- I am not a computer pro..

My computer works fine, my Outlook works, the broadband connection works (tested with 2nd computer) When I click on Explorer or Mozilla, nothing loads, I get the screen "Tha Page cannot be displayed".

One possible clue: I had a pop-up window saying a problem was experienced, and you need to click to restore settings. I did so too quickly, and I think the problem followed the next time I booted up.

Any clues??
