Need Help Loading Network Card Drivers

Trying to get on internet via broadband with Dell desktop and add to home network. Running XP Pro SP2. In Device Manager, Other devices shows Ethernet Controller, Multimedia Audio Controller, and Video Controller (VGA Compatible) all with the Yellow Question Marks.

I'll be watching for your reply.

The computer is an Opti-plex GX270.

Sorry for the delay. Started a new job and have not been able to get to my computer
Click on this link and save the driver to a flash drive or cd and put on your optiplex
This also has the instructions.
