Hi - I hope someone will be able to help me!

I keep getting a warning pop-up in Yahoo mail that says:

The current webpage is trying to open a site in your Trusted Sites list. Do you want to allow this?

Current site: http://ad.yieldmanager.com
Trusted site: res://ieframe.dll

I currently have McAfee installed. I also ran Lavasoft Ad Aware SE Personal and Windows Defender (full scan) but it didn't help.

I tried reading the prior posts on this site but got confused :), so am hoping that someone would be kind enough to walk me through the removal process?

Thanks in advance for your help,
Georgina
