The information you posted is in regards to bad RAM. Download and burn MemTest86.

Run it for a while to see what kind of errors, if any, it gives about your RAM.

I put cd of check ram and start , but check of ram did not finished and I restart my system.

Did not finish how? You manually restarted or it restarted on it's own?
