I just bought my computer, and i was just wondering, will this motherboard support core 2 quad? says quad core, and core 2 duo, but not core 2 quad....

Well, the only Quad core by Intel are the Core 2 Quads, and this board won't take an AMD chip, so I would say yeah, it's compatible...

I have that board and I am currently using an Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600.
