Runtime's GetBack Data for NTFS > http://www.runtime.o...ry-software.htm
Important note about GetBack Data
Do not install GetDataBack on the drive you want to recover! It is strongly recommended to proceed as follows:
Install the program to another computer, which doesn't have any problems. If you have a choice, choose the computer with the most RAM and is the fastest. Attach the drive you want to recover as a slave to this machine. Make sure the drive is jumpered correctly and is recognized by the BIOS.
After downloading GetDataBack run the setup.exe. The setup Wizard will guide you through the installation process.
NEW: If there is no way to attach the drive to an extra computer, you can run GetDataBack from a WinPE boot CD-ROM

Please copy (Control+C) and paste (Control+V) the following code into the Notepad.
REGEDIT /E "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\result1.txt" "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Environment" REGEDIT /E "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\result2.txt" "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Environment"
Save it in Desktop as peek.bat and in Save as type: choose All Files
A new batch file (peek.bat) will then created on your Desktop. Just double-click the file. A window will open and suddenly close, this is normal.
Two textfiles (result1.txt and result2.txt) will be created on your Desktop. Please post the content of result1.txt and result2.txt in your next reply
If you do not sure how to make a batch file, please visit HERE for the tutorial.

Ok.. delete peek.bat file from your computer.. Repeat the peek.bat steps before but this time use below code instead..
REGEDIT /E "C:\result1.txt" "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Environment" REGEDIT /E "C:\result2.txt" "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Environment"
Now, please find result1.txt and also result2.txt at your C:\ drive and post its content here..

Somehow, your Environment Variables is a mess.. What I'm doing now is to repair your Environment Variables so you'll not have this kind of trouble in future..
Please do the following...
The steps that I am about to suggest involve modifying the registry. Modfying the registry can be dangerous so we will make a backup of the registry first.
Modification of the registry can be EXTREMELY dangerous if you do not know exactly what you are doing so follow the steps that are listed below EXACTLY. if you cannot perform some of these steps or if you have ANY questions please ask BEFORE proceeding.
Backing Up Your Registry
- Go Here and download ERUNT
(ERUNT (Emergency Recovery Utility NT) is a free program that allows you to keep a complete backup of your registry and restore it when needed.) - Install ERUNT by following the prompts
(use the default install settings but say no to the portion that asks you to add ERUNT to the start-up folder, if you like you can enable this option later) - Start ERUNT
(either by double clicking on the desktop icon or choosing to start the program at the end of the setup) - Choose a location for the backup
(the default location is C:\WINDOWS\ERDNT which is acceptable). - Make sure that at least the first two check boxes are ticked
- Press OK
- Press YES to create the folder.
For detailed instruction on how to back-up registry via ERUNT, please visit HERE

Please copy and paste the following into a Notepad
