The following are not really required as long as you keep at least one antispy to work in conjunction with your antivirus. ERUNT 1.1j is a useful tool to keep as you will allways have a good registry backup

Google Toolbar for IE
Spyware Doctor 5.5 (non-Registered)
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
HijackThis 2.0.2
Java ™ SE Development Kit 6 Update 7 (unless you develop Java modules/programmes)
