My puter recently crashed and I had all erased and Win 98SE re-loaded from my origional CD. Now, I can't get the original games, notibly (however lame) solitaire.

Is there anywhere to go to download the original basic Microsoft Solitaire. I have found free sites for all kinds of solitaire games, but I am in search for the original game that first came with my PC, but I guess was not on my original Win 98SE CD.

Thanks for your time.............Hipster

It should be on the CD, just go to Start -> Settings -> Control Panel then double-click on Add/Remove Programs. There should be a tab across the top saying 'Windows components' or something like that. Make sure it's ticked in the list under 'Games'. You might need your Win 98SE CD to install it from here.
