(vista) Yesterday i downloaded something on limewire that said was mp3. However, today my computer is running extremely slow. Also, the internet stopped working for a while, which never happens. Is csrss.exe infected? It didn't have a description in task manager but is is in system32 as csrss and is 8 kb. all the other things around it end with dll. Can you help me? If you can't please let me know who can.

Thank you,
Wayne

Hi there sorry for the delay,

If you still need help please do the following,

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop.
  • Close all other windows before proceeding.
  • Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
  • When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.
Note:These logs may be too large to post in one reply, if so, please post extra.txt in a seperate reply.
