OK, this may be nothing, but it seems odd. And my computer isn't running all that great so maybe there's something to it.
I have Embarq On-line Security ( an F-Secure product). I like to switch up my security programs on occasion, to make sure everything is covered. I also have SuperAntispyware installed.
I downloaded Avast, SPybot, and Spywareblaster but I haven't installed them yet. I was going to uninstall my Embarq first.
Here's the odd thing, when I downloaded these files, when they'd get to the last second of the download, the download would freeze up, then another smaller window would open, saying "copying from 'A3OZYRK7' to the actual folder that I was downloading to". And I'd have to wait again for the download to complete.

Any ideas why this is happening?

BTW,my HJThis detects nothing odd.

What is happening is it is downloading the file to a temporary directory and then moving it to the directory that you specified. It is just the way the IE works.
