I am having this frustrating problems, will really appreciate if anyone can give me step by step solutions. I am a computer beginner:

Problem1

When I go control panel -> firewall, this comes up:

When I go control panel -> system, this comes up:


Problem3
Someone on another forum said that by typing the following into the "run" thingy, the problem will be solved:
rundll32 setupapi,InstallHinfSection Ndi-Steelhead 132 %windir%\inf\netrass.inf

However, this is what I get:

Lets see what we can do to get this fixed. But first I want to ask you a couple of questions.
Do you have any protection programs installed? (Anti-Virus, Firewall)
When did these problems start?
Do you still have your XP CD?
Which version of XP do you have? Pro or Home?

1. I have ad-aware and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.
2. I forgot when the problems started, I think might be after scanning with "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware", not sure though.
3. I have the CD
4. XP Pro

Do you have any anti-virus? (Like Avira Antivir, Avast, AVG (these are just names, not recommendations))
