Greeting everyone!

I currently work on a website and have run into a request I'm not sure how to handle. We are looking to create an online form (like an HTML form) where instead emailing the inputed information to multiple people, it posts the information to a message forum. We curently use Yabb as our message forum and have a area set up where guests can post (whereas normally you are required to be a registered user to post). Essentially, we want to be able to have someone fill out an application of sorts and have the site post it to that forums so that multiple people can review it and comment on it. I am not familiar enough with php and java to know if they already provide an easy way to do this.

Thanks in advance.
