I get this error when I try to access a link on a webpage. It will lock the program for a minute then fail to launch the new window and a message will come up indicating 'no such interface supported'.

Check the hijack this guide in my signature and follow the instructions and pot a log. Let's rule out malware before we delve into it a little further. :tazz:
