A few days ago I ran spybot and adaware to remove in an attempt to rid myself of some popups. However since I ran those programs and rebooted I have been unable to download anything from the internet. I get an error that says Internet explorer cannot open the file ...(name of file).....from www.site.com. Also if I try to view any video from a website media player just hangs on connecting before it gives me the error that the file I requested is located on another computer.

Here is my log

Hi gshaffer88

Please read through the instructions before you start (you may want to print this out).

Please set your system to show all files; please see here if you're unsure how to do this.

Important Step
1. Go to Start->Run and type "Services.msc" (without quotes) then hit Ok
Scroll down and find the service called:

ZESOFT
When you find it, double-click on it. In the next window that opens, click the Stop button, then click on properties and under the General Tab, change the Startup Type to Disabled. Now hit Apply and then Ok and close any open windows. If you don´t find this service listed go ahead with the next steps.

Using Windows add remove programs uninstall the following:
C:\Program Files\ISTsvc\istsvc.exe

Press Control-Alt-Del to enter the Task Manager.
Click on the Processes tab and end the following processes:
C:\WINDOWS\nemklb.exe
Exit the Task Manager when finished.

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items:
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Connection Wizard,ShellNext = http://r.office.micr...streg?clid=1033
R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497} - (no file)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [IST Service] C:\Program Files\ISTsvc\istsvc.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ONcEw] C:\WINDOWS\nemklb.exe
O16 - DPF: {B80F9FCE-DFDD-4A2A-8AA9-E05C6B7D4ED3} - http://www.smileywor...SmileyWorld.cab
O23 - Service: ZESOFT - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\zeta.exe (file missing)

Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

Reboot into Safe Mode: please see here if you are not sure how to do this.

Using Windows Explorer, locate the following files/folders, and delete them:
C:\Program Files\ISTsvc\<--Delete the whole folder
C:\WINDOWS\nemklb.exe<--Delete this file
C:\WINDOWS\zeta.exe <--Delete this file
Exit Explorer.Reboot as normal.

Please run the following free, online virus scans.
http://www.pandasoft...n_principal.htm
http://housecall.tre.../start_corp.asp
Please post the logs From Panda virus scan and HJT.logWe will need them to remove previous infections that have left files on your system.
