Note: It seems that you have multiple anti-spyware running on your computer. This is not recommended as multiple protection of the same kind can cause conflicts and reduce the efficiency of the softwares. Please disable three of the four programs below and keep one resident running:

Spybot - Search & Destroy
AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5
Spyware Doctor
Windows Defender <--- disable three and keep one program

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop.

• Close all other windows before proceeding.

• When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.
