I have to say that this has been one of the best IT help experiences I've ever had. Mike saved me from the perils of impending reformatting doom, and helped me bring my computer back to life. (Ok, yes, I'm laying it on a bit thick, but you get my drift! :) )

If you're not getting a response after a few days, please be patient. This board is incredibly busy, and for good reason. It is well worth the wait.
