It's really strange! Recently I've noticed I can't download song, application, and other stuff...... Normally I would save the file to the same directory everytime, and right after the download is completed, a box would pop up asking me if I wanted to open the file. However, that doesn't happen anymore. I don't know what's going on?

Any help are appreciated, thanks in advance

Where are you downloading these songs and applications from out of interest?

Basically from any websites that are allowed. i.e. I tried to download Combofix here, but it didn't work.
Thanks for the concern, the problem is solved after I did a system restore
