am I clean?

I'm on my brother's/family computer which is rather old and slow. My brother likes to go to a lot of video game sites and he watches a lot of videos and listens to music on here. I want to see if I can get it running a bit faster and more efficient. There are no specific problems other than it runs slllooowww. They don't maintain this machine very well at all. It's up to date on Windows Update and we have Spybot and Avast! Antivirus installed. Here are my HJT and Malwarebytes logs:

Well, now that computer won't connect to the internet and it says a firewall is blocking it. When I click on the wireless receiver program icon, it opens and disappears quickly. I turned off Windows Firewall (we also have Tiny Personal Firewall) but to no avail. I have no idea what could be wrong. :)
