Why not just download a 3gp player?

3GP is a simplified version of the MPEG-4 Part 14 (MP4) container format, designed to decrease storage and bandwidth requirements in order to accommodate mobile phones.
* 3GPP (for GSM-based Phones, may have filename extension .3gp)
* 3GPP2 (for CDMA-based Phones, may have filename extension .3g2)

If you go to a place like FileHippo or do a google for Media Player Classic, you'll find that app.
This program is a media player, but it can convert media files too, easily.
Open the .3gp file and then click File, Save As...
type the file name WITH the extension (ie. Movie.mp4) and click Save.
