Hello!

I have windows xp operating system, sony laptop. I have a MicroSoft Office 2003 trial that came with the computer when I bought it in 2006.
I can't afford to ever buy office and have downloaded Open Office and am happy with it. However, I dont know if I somehow need Microsoft office in some other program and the computer functioning would be slow or with lots of errors. I really need the disc space and hope I can uninstall this MicroSoft Trial without harming anything else.

Thanks so much- any advice is appreciated

I removed Office plenty of times and never had any problem. Remove it from Add/Remove programs.
