I believe I have some virus infecting my ability to run my PC securely. I first received an error when I tried to reboot my PC. When I logged in it said there was an error with the userinit.exe file (0xc0000005). I logged in to a blank screen, I then hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete and started explorer. However when I then tried to go to my control panel I received the error of rundll32.exe error (0xc0000005). I can not get to my control panel and my PC won't start properly. I've run scans with numerous software and I still have the problem. Can someone please help me figure out how to get rid of this??? Here is a copy of my latest HiJack This log. Thanks.

Download avz4.zip from here

• Unzip it to your desktop to a folder named avz4
• Double click on AVZ.exe to run it.
• Run an update by clicking the Auto Update button on the Right of the Log window:
• Click Start to begin the update

Note: If you recieve an error message, chose a different source, then click Start again

• After the update, from the "File" menu, choose "Standard Scripts"
• Put a check next to item 2: Advanced System Investigation
• Click Execute selected scripts
• At the next prompt, click the OK button
• Let the scan run and click "OK" when the completion prompt pops up
• Now Close out of the Standard Scripts window, and exit AVZ
• Navigate to the avz4 folder and locate the folder LOG
• Inside the LOG folder you will find virusinfo_syscheck.htm and virusinfo_syscheck.zip
• Attach virusinfo_syscheck.htm to your next reply, along with a fresh HijackThis log
