can anyone tell me how i can delete my internet history. i don't mean web site history that you delete from Tools, Internet Options ...etc. what i'm talking about i can't really explain properly but i'll try and any help would be appreciated.

my problem e.g 1: you go to a search site (e.g google) and when you click in the bar you write your search in it gives you a scroll list of searches you've performed before.

e.g 2: when you go to a site that requires a sign in and password (e.g hotmail) and click in the box where you write your sign in name it gives you a list of previously used name.

thats the stuff i want to get rid of. hopefully someone knows what i'm talking about and can help.

p.s this is not because i want to remove anything messed up, its just my parents are coming to visit and i don't really want them seeing all of the things that my house mates and i look at (not all appropriate for mum and dad)

'email removed'

[COLOR=blue]Delete your temporary internet files. You can do this along with the clear history and delete cookies on the internet options under the tools menu. I tried it this morning to check and it cleared my drop down history. You might also want to do a whole computer search for cookies and temporary internet files, there are more files in your computer than you think. Hope this helps you.<_<
