Ok, so my friend can't assign his G15 (NEWER MODEL) keystrokes, I have tried many things. It is a expensive keyboard that can't really be returned. I see its quite a problem for others. So if there is any fix to this or help please say, i have re-installed his G15 profiler,ran registry cleaners, Temp cleaners, etc
Is it possible that it is "Defective" or is it just a software bug? Has anyone else had any problem relation to this.

Normally updated drivers from Logitech will do the trick.
If not, and if possible, use the software on a new installation. If it then doesn't work its more likely an issue with the keyboard and yes in most jurisdictions it can be returned. Unless you've had it for days on end, that is...
