ok i know this is caused by nero one because the error box has nero on it and it happened after i uninstalled nuro i orignally had a trial program of nuro but after the trial ran out i found a free program to burn all my stuff with but now every time i try to burn something or watch a video i get this

at first i thought it was because the k-light media package didnt install right so i uninstalled it and reinstalled it but that didnt work ive also tryed many other video formats but they all give me the same error


any ideas how to fix this? watching anime has become a pain in the @#$ with this error
