hi, when i log on to my account more often than not i get a blue screen come up with two messages..... Stop: 0x0000007E (0x0000005,0xF497A6FE,0xF7A9A9CC,0xF7A9A6CB) the other.... sysaudio.sys - Address F497A6FE base at F4974000, Datestamp 48025beb. if any one can help me i would be greatfull. i don't know anything about pcs so it will have to be step by step instructions please, thankyou
