Local Internet acess only ?

My laptop can't connect to the Internet and my broadband conection is fine.Its says that I have local internet acess only,when I try to connect I get DNS remote pinged with no response.I know my broadband is working as my other laptop works fine,It must be some setting on the laptop.

Tryed everything,please help

What are those included in that everything?

Can you please post an ipconfig/all of both the laptop with internet and the one without internet? Please label which ipconfig belongs to which laptop.
