Please clarify the question. What exactly are these register files and what do you want to do with them?

The program that I used to perform the scan is called HijackThis. This program provides a generated log file of registry and file settings commonly manipulated by malware as well as good software. The problem that I have is that I am not familiar with all the list and cannot tell which parts are good and what parts should be removed. Can you tell me if you see anything that is not need or should not be in the software or programs?

Thanks
