Find the make and model of your motherboard. You can do this by taking the side of the case off and finding it printed on the board. Then we can know where to go and find drivers.

You can go and download WinAudit

After downlaoded and extracted run winaudit, then once its done scroll down and it should tell you the make and model of your motherboard.

The very first one, System Overview

Scroll down a bit and it should list it.

You should be able to go to DELL SERVICE and enter the required info. It will take you to the drivers you need.

Since it's a Dell, there should be a service tag on the unit. Usually the bottom (laptop) or side/ back on a desktop.

Belarc advisor (in signature) will give you info also.

Do you have a laptop?
Do you have a desktop?

Look for the service tag (sticker that has Dell and service tag info on it). A laptop is on the bottom. A desktop is on the back or side.

With that info, you go to the link I gave you in my other post. Enter the service tag info and it will take you to the drivers you need.
